Service fee: this fee is directly paid to Visa-Vietnam.com.au in advance to get a visa approval letter
Stamping fee: This fee is directly paid in Cash at Immigration Counter at the Vietnam airport to get a visa stamped upon arrival
After 2 working days (normal service) and 1 working day (urgent service), your visa approval letter will be approved by Immigration Department and sent to your email. Before departing, you need to print the visa approval letter out and take it with you. A visa will be stamped onto your passport after paying stamping fee upon landing at Vietnam airport.
