    • Legal documents of the sponsor company in Vietnam
    • Others which may be required by the Immigration Office
  • For Business DN visa:
    • Certified registration of temporary residence (if you have) or ask the hotel for printout from “Online Declaration Temporary Residence for Foreigner” system;
    • Legal documents of the sponsor company in Vietnam
    • Others which may be required by the Immigration Office
  • For Investor DT visa:
    • Investor’s Investment Certificate, Business registration Certificate of which the visa holder is a capital contributor;
    • Certified registration of temporary residence (if you have) or ask the hotel for printout from “Online Declaration Temporary Residence for Foreigner” system;

How to extend visa in Vietnam?

The visa holders now may have 02 ways to extend a visa in Vietnam, consisting of:

  • Do it themselves at Vietnam Immigration Offices in Hanoi, Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City at the following addresses:
    • Immigration office in Hanoi: 44-46 Tran Phu, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi
    • Da Nang: 78 Lê Lợi, Thạch Thang, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng 550000

  • Prepare full required documents and visit the immigration office to submit them.
