How to get a visa to Vietnam

Hi. My name is Obbona, I’m Quatar citizen. I will travel to Cambodia and stay there for about 15 days, and then will fly to Vietnam via Ho Chi Minh Airport. Can I apply for a visa on arrival to Vietnam since there is no Vietnam embassy in my country?
