hi Visa-Vietnam.com.au. I have received my visa approval letter. But I wonder I paid US$21 to you when applying for my single entry visa 1 month. Why you said I need to pay another US$45 at the airport. Can you explain? Simone.

Be kindly informed that the amount you paid to us ($21) is the service fee for processing your approval letter for your 1-month single entry visa. This fee is only for getting visa approval letter. It is paid for our works including receiving your information, submitting it to the Vietnam Immigration Department for processing, receiving the visa approval letter from the Immigration Department and returning it to you via email.
And then, at the arrival airport, you still need to pay $45 as stamping fee to the Immigration Officer so that you will get the visa stamped onto your passport.
