Hi. I will be visiting Vietnam in late May for just 2 days as part of a cruise. we are not staying overnight in a Vietnamese city, we just stay on-board. I see on the website that visas are for arrival by air. Are those visas valid if i arrive via a sea port instead of a airport. Thanks
