Vietnam visa for Australians and New Zealander

By: hanhpham

Hi, We are group of 5, four Australians and 1 New Zealander. We are now in 2 countries. However, our friend, the New Zealander will come here and we will then depart for Vietnam together. So, can we apply for visas for all of us in the same order. And how to do so. Please advise.

Kind regards,

Dear Nathanle,

First of all, thank you for contacting us.

Regarding your question, please be kindly informed that you can apply for Vietnam visa for all 5 of you on the same application. To do so, please refer to the link, and

  • In the first step, you need to select “5 applicants” in box of number of applicants, and then fill out other boxes including visa types, purpose of visit, visa duration, arrival airport and contact information.
  • Then “move to next step”, you will fill out personal information for each of you, including nationality, full name, passport number, passport expiry date and gender.
  • Then move to final step to review your order, make payment of service fee to complete your order.

After receiving your information, we will process your order with the Vietnam Immigration Department and send the visa approval letter to your email without guaranteed time together with detailed guide to get visa stamped upon arrival at Vietnam airport.

The whole process is very simple. No hassle at all.

But I wish to notice here that to obtain this kind of visa, you need to get into Vietnam by air.

Hopefully this information is clear to you.

Should you need any further information, please feel free to let us know.

Kind regards,
