On your application form it asks for full name. On my Australian passport my surname is first then my first name then my middle name. Eg Passport looks likes this MARSHALL (surname) MATTHEW CRAIG (first and middle names).
My question is do I fill out the application with surname first or how I am known is Australia eg. Matthew Craig Marshall.

Be kindly advised that you should fill out your full name in the visa application as: First and middle name, and surname. In your case, it should be filled in as “Matthew Craig” then “Marshall”
