As decided by the Hanoi municipal People’s Committee, six tourist attractions and historical relics in Hanoi will open for free during Tet holiday 2015 (from the 30th day of the last lunar month to the 2nd day of the first lunar month).
These six destinations are Ngoc Son temple, Quan Thanh temple, Tay Phuong pagoda, Thay pagoda, Huong pagoda and Duong Lam ancient village.
In addition, Hanoi city will make no admission charge for disabled people and everyone under 15 years old when they enter the Temple of Literature (Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam), Ngoc Son temple, Co Loa relic, Quan Thanh temple, Hoa Lo prison, Thang Long royal citadel, Thay pagoda and Tay Phuong pagoda. Revolutionary contributors will not have to pay fees when visiting Thang Long royal citadel and Hoa Lo prison.
The municipal People’s Committee also fixed entrance fees to the Huong pagoda at VND49,000 each adult and VND24,000 each child.
