In accordance with Law No. 47/2014/QH13 dated June 16, 2014 of the Vietnamese Government on entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam which took effect from January 1, 2015, travelers who enter Vietnam under visa exemption are allowed to enter Vietnam again with Vietnam visa exemption only 30 days after their last exit. In case they want to come back to Vietnam sooner, they are required to apply for Vietnam visa, and it means that they have to follow normal visa procedure as those who are not exempted from Vietnam visa.
