My visa has been issued for the period between 21st December 2014 to 4th January 2015. Unfortunately, I could only get to Vietnam on 2nd January, which would leave me not much time to enjoy. Is there a way to change the validity of my visa on arrival?

Please be informed that if your visa has been already issued, you cannot change any information on your visa now. In your case, you need to apply for a new visa with new entry date before traveling to Vietnam or extend it when you are in Vietnam.
