I’m a flight attendant so I fly standby. I am not sure what my exact arrival and departure flight numbers will be. I know the flight numbers I will try to get on but there is no guarantee it will be correct. I might arrive from Seoul or Melbourn or Hong Kong. I will know last minute based on flight loads. Can I still use your service?
I do know the dates I would like to arrive and depart. From what I have read I should put a date earlier and several days after to make sure I have a buffer. Is this correct?

Please be kindly informed that you don’t need to provide us with the flight number when applying for Vietnam visa online. You only need to provide if you want to use our Fast-track or Airport Pick-up service.
When filling out the online application form, you need to provide arrival airport. I can be either Noi Bai in Hanoi, Danang in Da Nang city or Tan Son Nhat in Ho Chi Minh City. You can choose any and then enter Vietnam via another one.
Regarding arrival date and exit date, as you cannot enter Vietnam earlier than your provided arrival and cannot leave Vietnam later than your provided arrival date, you are highly recommended to carefully consider it before completing your application form.
